ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Though orders are typically processed in a 1-2 business day period, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process during times of high demand such as holiday seasons where order volume can be exponential.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure all shipping information is correct. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please get in contact with us within the hour after placing your order so we can make the correct adjustments necessary to your purchase. After this time frame we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. At this point we can only wait for the item to be returned back to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse we will issue a full refund upon arrival. Please kindly note that we can't ship to PO boxes.
SHIPPING TIME & TRACKING
At Phaselle we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, we provide the following shipping times to our customers. Please note there may be shipping delays during holiday seasons or periods where there is an exponential increase in order volume, along with periods of extreme inclement weather conditions.
Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days
Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email containing tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received an email.
An email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number when your items are shipped. In addition, you'll receive updates when your package moves across regions.

After we have shipped your order, an email update will be sent titled "A shipment from order #******* is on the way". You will find your tracking number and information inside this email.
As much as we wish we could provide every customer with the most accurate tracking updates, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner and our team only has access to the same information that you do. With that said, it is rather difficult for us to give an estimated time of arrival. We are going to try our best to accommodate everyone’s shipping situation and to ensure satisfaction.
